Description:
The creative industries request fair, appropriate, proportional, and transparent remuneration of authors and creators. That will only be possible if reliable, current, exhaustive, and interoperable rights data are accessible in real-time. The presentation by Philippe Rixhon will cover the Open Rights Data Framework proposed in the recent study “Study on Copyright and New Technologies” published by the European Commission, and the Open Rights Data Exchange developed with the support of the Estonian Government.
