The year 2023 witnessed the publication of two books in Canada on copyright law. One looks at the history of Canadian copyright law before Confederation (For the Encouragement of Learning) while the other one provides a Canadian perspective on the current challenges (In Defence of Copyright). Meet the authors qho will talk about their books and what they can offer us to nderstand Canadian copyright law better.
