Description:
The Supreme Court of the United States rendered last May its much-awaited decision in the case opposing th e Andy Warhol Foundation to Lynn Goldsmith, the photographer who had taken the picture at the origin of Warhol's "Prince Series". Our panelists will unpack the decision and reflect on its impact on both US and Canadian copyright law.
